Hello, fellas.
Today, my customer asked me to delete all roles and profiles from a user if he/she does not log on SAP abap sys.
Is it possible ?
Is there a parameter responsible for that?

You can go to User Information System (Tcode SUIM) and under User choose "By Logon Date and Password Change".
From here you should be able to see what Roles/Profiles a user has and delete them. DO NOT DELETE the roles themselves.

I need a parameter or something like that, this way, if a user is inactive for more than X days, he/she will lose its roles....
There is no parameters to drop roles for inactive users. It is a manual process.
You should check your system occasionally for inactive users and remove roles.

U can check if the user log in to the system
if not locked the user
and after that u can delete the user or unassigned the role

Hi,
One program is their if u scheduled that program in daily basis the program automatically locked the user id's which are not log ed in to the system for past 30 day's.
