Runtime Error while preparing a Sales Order (VA01)

Every time I am trying to prepare a Sale Order I getting Run time error. Screen shot of the error is attached.

My systems config is Processor Atom N570 @ 1.66Hz 982 Mhz, 1.99GB of RAM, Hard disk-320 GB

Please tell what to do???

To me it looks like issue related to master data like pricing or output records. You can take a look at the following OSS notes and check which one may resolve your issue;

Note 1493481 - Short dump for multiple-value accesses

Note 1371674 - SAPSQL_WHERE_ILLEGAL_VALUE if there are multiple-val. char.

Note 1460426 - Lean order: Check against check tables: Prog. termination
