Can not log in to the forum

Well, actually I can now as you can see. For the past month or so (discovered the problem July 13) I have not been able to log in to the forum. I would get as far as

and the log in process would stop.

After some trial and error we solved it by installing Internet Explorer 8 (previously had IE7).

I wanted to share this with support should this question come up again.

And thank you Don Williams for all the research you did on your end and for other help you provided while I was unable to post.

Hi Debi,

Thank you for the heads-up,

We will include this in our Knowledge Base including as many details as possible and as part of that, would you inform us if did you ever access  Forum using IE7 ?

He have to check as well if this is an issue which would affect only IE7 or if was a temporary issue.
