Hello SAP Gurus,

I am facing 500 SAP Internal Server Error while clicking on Incident Management tab of Solution Manager.Please help by your ideas.

Hi Abhishek

Check in T Code- SICF.

Activate all services.

Then check if your are able to access.

Hello Saurabh,

I have activated following list of services:-

/sap/public/bsp/bsp/saap/htmlb

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/ai_proj_setup

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswpnotifcreate

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswp_create_message

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswp_bsp

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/learning_map

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/public/bc

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/solutionmanager

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/system

/sap/bc/contentserver

/sap/bc/solman

Even after activating these services I cannot access the Incident Management tab on Solution Manager GUI. Note that this SOLMAN7.1

Please let me know if any other services need to be activated.

Hi Abhishek,

You need to provide me more details about the error. Provide me exact error you are getting.  Also check if there any dump in ST22 as well? Alos provide me dump from ST22 if you are recieving.

Hi Vikram,

Following is the error which is throws while trying to access Incident Management tab of Solution Manager GUI. It is to note that the solman ver is SOLMAN7.1 and I am configuring Application Incident Management on it.

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Error in module RSQL of the database interface &INCLUDE &P9(termination:

RABAX_STATE)

Abhishek,

I have heard of this exact scenario but don't have the exact resolution steps.  I believe it came down to either a locked user that was created from SOLMAN_SETUP or a scheduled job that was failing repeatedly and also related to SOLMAN_SETUP.

Either way, I would validate SOLMAN_SETUP integrity to make sure everything is activated correctly and you have the latest correction note for your SPS level applied.

I am able to access the Incident Management tab now through GUI and URL both. There were some services which needed to be activated through SICF.
