3rd Sales Order - Confirmed Qty less from Order Qty

Hi SAP,

My problem is sales order Confirmed Qty is less from Order Qty. The Sales Order type is Third party Sales Order

whereby the is not availability check on the stock because is third party.

if my order qty is 10 the confirmed Qty also 10, but now, my order quantity is 10 the confirmed is 1.

i already check the SAP Help,

but My Sales Order is 3rd Sales order, we don't carry any stock at Plant, the stock is belong to the vendor, We just create 3rd Sales order and convert it to PO then place the order to vendor. delivery will be done by the vendor to customer.
