Contact Person in SUS

I am configuring Bid Decoupling Scenario in SRM701 SP11 following the instructions in Note  1523906 regarding replication of contact persons to SRM system. I am facing the following situation: Admin user creates Contact Person with reference to Bidder in SUS Portal. On saving the Contact Person four messages appear.

W Could not create user; contact your system administrator

W Personal data service error: BIDDER01

I Contact Person 60 Created successfully for business partner 24

I E-mail was sent

As a result BP and user are created in SUS but no message was triggered to go to SRM in SUS SXMB_MONI.

What is going wrong?

Hello,

Whenever XML is not triggered from SUS to SRM, first config i check is following in SPRO:

SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings>Activate SAP NetWeaver Process Integration

Check if you have checked the check box.

Hi Sushil, yes it is set. On both sides SRM and SUS. Vendor replication SRM -> SUS and RFx replication SRM -> SUS is working via PI already.

What else can I check to see why the XML message was not triggered in SUS?

Hello,

Can you change Vendor data in SUS by logging in as Vendor admin?

After the change, please confirm if the XML is triggered from SUS to SRM for this change in SUS.

So your XML messages are triggered from SRM and processed in SUS successfully?

But no XML message is triggered from SUS at all?

You have already confirmed XI usage is activated in SUS already.

Please check following RFCs in SUS:

1. Integration_Server (connection type H)

2. LCRSAPRFC (Conn type TCPIP)

3. SAPSLDAPI (Conn type TCPIP)

Also check the user in the RFC number 1 above.

please find my results below:

1. Integration_Server (connection type H)

btw, I get the same when I test in SRM -> PI - where my XML messages do work ok.

2. LCRSAPRFC (Conn type TCPIP) - Connection Test ok.

3. SAPSLDAPI (Conn type TCPIP) - Connection Test ok.

I also can remote log on with RFC user from SUS to PI.

What else to check? Are there any error logs to check? Any hints for debugging would be welcome as well.

Can you check SMQ1, SLG1 and ST22 for any errors once in SUS system .. just in case?

Ok.

For debugging while creating a new user for the vendor in SUS, place a breakpoint in FM BBP_SUS_UM_API.

You should debug this and find out if XML is being sent.
