PGP Decryption!

Hi,

We are using aedaptive  PGP utility and have a scenario where we need to encrypt using our partners public certificate using algorithm 'AES_256'.

We had sent the encrypted file and the partner tried to decrypt using his private key and mentioning that the decryption is not working.

We did a sample scenario ourselves by encryption the file using our own public key and decrypted using our own private key. This was carried out just to make sure the aedaptive PGP utility works.

Is there any other reason why the partner was not able to decrypt?

Please let us know how to proceed with the investigation.

The encrypted public key does not correlate with the partner's private key.  Is there any change in partners authentication area and they dont provide the right public (latest) key to your side? Please check with them.  Otherwise request them to provide the latest public key and use it for encryption.
