Hello experts!
I copied SMIN in ZMIN.
Executed settings from here

But didn't find how to config SLA for SM 7.1?
How to adjust SLA that metrics of SLA were defined from the service contract in ZMIN?

Now In ZMIN I receive such mistakes:
Details Item 10: No item category could be determined.
Details Item 10: No business object could be created
Details Item category determination customizing is not maintained
Whether is there SLA manual for SM 7.1?
