SLA in ZMIN

Hello experts!

I copied SMIN in ZMIN.

Executed settings from here

But didn't find how to config SLA for SM 7.1?

How to adjust SLA that metrics of SLA were defined from the service contract in ZMIN?

.

Now In ZMIN I receive such mistakes:

Error Details Item 10: No item category could be determined.

Error Details Item 10: No business object could be created

Error Details Item category determination customizing is not maintained

Whether is there SLA manual  for SM 7.1?

I ask to tell, why SLA Prof. Det. procedure doesn't work?

1. Service contract is SM

2. IB component

3. Customer

Please, help me resolve the problem?

I read this SLA guide. But I  didn't solve the problem. Why the service contract isn't defined in Incident?
