Budget exceed

Hi Gurus,

My Budget available aganist WBS element is Rs 2,40,000/-. when i am trying to convert the PR  (VALUE 2,50,000/-)  to a PO Value of PO is 5 units @800 EUROS each and exchange rate 68.8.System is throwing a error saying Budget exceeded by Rs35,200/-.

In the report S_alr_87013558, its showing -18000 in the Available column and 2,58,000 in commitment column. We set the budget tolerance limit as 110%. Please guide me how to over come this error?

Hi Giri,

1. Budget is 2,48,000. After 110% tolerance, max allowed amount for PO is 2,72,800.

2. Your PR amount is 2,50,000. PO amount is 2,75,200.

3. Either reduce PO amount to 2,72,800 or increase budget by Rs 2200(appx.) only then it will pass.
