MDM Syndicator creating Blank xml files

Hi All,

On mass-uploading data (5000+ records) into MDM, Syndicator is creating a few blank files which is causing the Interface server to stuck.

Could anyone guide on what could be the reason for this Absolutely Blank xml files creation and how to get rid of this.

Hi Nitin,

Please check following.

1. Go to Distribution Outbound Folder of MDM and check the file from there.

2. If the file is blank then open the syndicate map and manualy try to syndicate the record to your local system.If it is still giving blank data .

3. Check the map properties .Also check the Remote system selected in the map and Remote system of the record.

4. Please check in PI also if interface is correct.
