Same condition value in Sales Order and Billing.

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where I want to carry the same condition value from sales order to invoice irrespective of the delivery quantity.

Suppose the value of a condition type in Sales Order is 1000, SO quantity is 100

Now when I deliver 50 quantity and bill the same the above condition value becomes 500. But I want it to be 1000 irrespective of quantity delivered and for all invoices

is it achievable with standard settings..??

For the Condition Type Cond. Class = A (Discount or Surcharge)

                                  Calc. Type = B (Fixed Amount)

                                  Item Condition

Please guide....

hi

at copy control you maintain the billing quantity is  sale order quantity

check the copy controls VTFL, at Item copy controls , billing quantity field - c( order quantity)

then it will come order quantity into billing

Hi Siva,

By doing the change in copy control all condition types will behave like that. But I want only 1 condition type to carry the same value to billing rest all behaving normal.

Hi,

   What Bojja told is correct if you set the billing qty field is 'C' means then ordered qty will be copied in invoice instead of delivered qty

but one that particular price is basic price or another price condition , because based on basic all conditions will calculated , can give me full details

Hi,

That is a condition type for Advance Payment. Its a statistical condition type.

you try with user exit , or write routine assign the at V/08 Level alternative calculation type ,

here that particular logic routine you can assign then you will try
