outbound delivery deletion issue

Hi Experts

User want to delete delivery 84xxxxxx in vl02n,after entering delivery number in vl02n transaction that time showing error shipping point  uss4  does not exist

i checked through se16 transaction table LIKP delivery created by using uss4  shipping point and also i checked through TVST in  table shipping point  uss4 is deleted

Thats reason system  not allowing to,delete i think

Please suggest any one what are all possible ways to delete delivery, and aslo i cant create shipping point once again because it is an production system.

If you dont want it further use then just change the delivery qty to zero then save the delivery.If it is allowed then its fine.

If it is not allowed then raise a OSS note to sap to delete the outbound delivery.They will delete the delivery in debugging change mode as it is not required further..
