Warning Search request failed! IDMUSER is not allowed to perform search request

Hello all,

Using IDM 7.2 SP4. I'm not directly connected to LDAP but thru a data dump, I've been able to get my data in IC Datastore. I'm now trying to read Users/Roles from the Portal to the IC Datastore so that I can provision back to the Portal. I disabled the write paases but during read, I get error below. I started with a User that's a copy of the Portal Admin. Do I read any special role, actions or is it something diffrent. I have read a similar post but that was for 7.1 and  little diffrent from my situation.

Hi,

Best to check your authorization issue in thh defaultTrace file on the portal.  It will tell you whree the authorization check is failing.

It appears that these actions are required by the Portal ID to read/write Portal and ID Data store/UI. That's what solved my situation
