How to enable cascading prompts for OLAP universe?

Hi Experts,

I have universe based on bex query. I am trying to edit the dimension property in universe designer to enable to cascading prompts. But the edit button is disabled. Could you please give me the solution for this?

Hi Suresh,

As of now the cascading list of values are not supported in the universe created on top of SAP BW (Bex Queries).

We cannot edit cascading prompts for OLAP universes, because the universe built on top of Bex query.

cascading is not support on OLAP universe - when connect to Netweaver.

Hierachy variables defined in BEx queries are transformed to universe prompts with cascading values.

It is possible only for relational universe.
