Hi Experts,
I would like to know the beheviour of the Auto provision failure path.
Here is the case:
I have confiured the Auto provision failure path (contains one SEC stage) in Global mconditions.
Now, whatever reason auto provision failed and it gone for SEC stage in Auto provision failure path.
Now what is future course of the action?
1. Does security person manually provision the request at the backend? or
2. After resolve the issue, does security person submit the request for automatic provisioning?
Your inputs are highly valuable
Thanks in Advance.
Thanks & Regards
NAG
Hello M Nag,
Since you have created another Security Stage and Auto provisioning has failed, you can do the following things
1) Analyze the reason for provisioning failure by checking Provisioning logs and fix the issue first.
2) Since the workflow is now at SECURITY stage , the security admin should have all authorization for MSMP workflow , hence he should go to --> Search Request (under Access Management Tab)
--> Enter Request ID --> Click Administration --> Click current stage and then return to "Earlier Path & Stage" if required .
3) Once done the workflow once complete will auto provision the request.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Victor

What are the error messages within the Request Audit Log? These should be similar to any entries that exist within the application Log (SLG1).
Depending what error's are in the logs, you may be able to deduce whats causing the issue and why it kicks the request to the emergency path/stage.
Let us know what you find in the logs, then the community may be able to help you find the cause of failure
