Is it possible to amend the Collaborator Role when importing Master Agreements? We are currently on a hosted ver 7 environment and have managed to import a MA with collaborator group populated but there does not appear to be anywhere to define which role to select, we would like to upload the collaborator group with a role of Reviewer instead of Collaborator.

Hi Michael,

if the role defined in the Document Security Template for the particular MA is defined as Collaborator, then this is the standard role in the document. We don't support import of roles into Business documents (such as MAs) - which is not the same as users.

In order to import "Reviewer" as a role, you have to change the document security template for the MA to "Reviewer". In that case when you import roles to the MA through the data importer, the collaborator will have the security rights.
