SPML error when trying to create a Java user

Hi All,

Since a few days I started to receive an error when creating a Java user in the AS Java system.

We are using IdM 7.1 SP6 with the default SAP framework,

Exception from Modify operation:com.sap.idm.ic.ToPassException:

Error: SPML exception: XML Error :6:2: The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.

I checked the new user format and everything looks fine to me.

Any idea's?

Hi,

Please post the error log from the defaultTrace file as well.  Turn tracing to debug on the sap.idm.jmx.app location as well.

I have finally found some errors in the Portal Security.log.

The issue was related to the Service user password.
