Hi Experts,
Need your expertise advise please. We have a solution manager system which has been migrated from Windows/SQL Server to AIX/DB2 - and post migration we have upgraded solution manager from 700 SPS24 to 7.1 SPS5.
SOLMAN_SETUP --> SYSTEM PREPARATION - has been completed successfully.
SOLMAN_SETUP --> BASIC CONFIGURATION - we are stuck in step 3.1 CONFIGURE CA WILY INTROSCOPE -->
PS:
We have already applied latest patches of Solman 7.1 SP5 as per SAP notes 1483508 and 1686689.
LP_WS_MANAGED_SETUP is activated sucessfully in step 4.3 Enable Web Services.
1. As soon as we open this phase, we get the following exception
2. We have installed Wily Enterprise Manager on solution manager system itself but while adding it by clicking on "IMPORT EXISTING INSTALLATION" - we are getting exception error like
| |||
|
3. This screen shows old Wily Server which we were using before migration of solution manager. We don't want to use this Wily Server - so how can we remove this Wily from Solution Manager List.
Looking forward to hear from your experience.
Thanks & Best Regards
Davinderpal Singh
Hello Davinderpal,
First of all thank you very much.
I have deployed LMSERVICE patch using SDM.

Hello Fermin,
With help of SAP Support, we have resolved this issue.
Problem was when we applied LMSERVICE SP5 Patch 1, the webservice contained in managedsetup_ws.jar was not update for some reasons.
Solution:
Using SDM undeploy the following two component
tc/smd/managedsetup_ws
tc/smd/server/sgent/admin
And then Deploy LMSERVICE SP5 Patch1 using SDM (make sure you select the option to update all or lower versions).
Or you can deploy the patch 2 which is now available in SMP.
Please feel free if you need any other inputs from my side.
Best Regards
Davinderpal Singh

Check the SolMan configuration (Work Center) step "System Configuration" -> "Web Service Configuration" -> "Logical Ports Creation". Check all your ports are correct.
