How to set an indicator for Purchase Order Items in search results of SRM portal

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement that, set an indicator to the PO items of deleted Purchase Orders in SRM portal search results screen. In the below SRM portal search results screen  i have to add an indicator(with any symbol) column after Action column.

Could anyone guid me on how to do this ?

Hello Sathish,

Which srm version do you have?

To me it looks like ITS. So in your case, to add an extra column to the results table, you will have to modify the ITS template to add the additional column.

Hi Sushil,

i am using SRM 5.0 version. I have found the ITS template name, but there are number of modules. How do i find screen layout to add a new column. Can you please let me know the process.
