Invoices booked against line item 1 on PO 9******** can be seen on PO 9******** line item 2 on the SRM Portal

Hello SRM Experts,

My client is on SRM 7.0 with ECS..& backend R/3 ECC 6.0 EHP 6

Issue:-

When end user access the Shopping Cart(SC) via the SRM Portal, at the SC item level SRM displays the GR/Conf doc(Posted primary in SRM) & the related Invoice postings(IR) ..posted primary in Back end R/3 for the corresponding PO item..OK

But when he access the  PO 9********  / item 2 from the related Documents section of the SC (SC/Item2) , SRM still displays data on PO 9********  /Item 1..

This happens with both GR/Conf doc & the related Invoice postings

Pl can anyone advise what is the issue?

I belief this is a bug ..Presume some OSS notes are missing

Please check if the notes 1464973 and  1261035 are applicable for your case.
