uPerform Error GetContainerBrowserCmd

Hi we have Version 4.32 of uPerform running on a windows environment and when we try to access any content from our main menu we receive the following error.

Error Message: ERROR: Exception in:com.intraspect.browser.GetContainerBrowserCmd: Query failed - queryRelatedTo

uPerform has been working fine but as we have no real knowledge of uperform we are unsure what is causing this error, Has anyone seen this error before and know what causes this and how it can be fixed

Hi Kevin,

When I was doing a search I think I see you created a message in parallel. I hope you don't mind if I put in the answer before you close it.

It appears issue was a hang up from an issue on SAP production server.

There was a failure to seperate servers and it appears to have had a knock on effect to the uPerform server/database.
