Dear Experts,
Could please explain the process and necessary roles required to complete surrogate bidding process ( We are on SRM 7.01 and EHP5)
i have done the following in my system.
1. Maintained a contact person for the bidder/Vendor
2. Bidder has the role /SAPSRM/BIDDER_EHP1
3. Assigned the role BBP_QUOT_BOB to operation purchaser (/SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER_EHP1)
4. Bidder data has the flag "Permit proxy bidding"
I have created a RFX with a bidder from internal directory and published.
Under which tab or navigation area purchaser can act as surrogate bidder. please let me know how this process works
