post-certification and job (ABAP)

I completed my certification on 3rd August 2012 . I have not received information about access to SAP’s Service Marketplace.

What should i do ?

And i am looking for SAP ABAP fresher jobs; please inform me if you know about any openings in India preferably Pune.

Please contact your local SAP Education Team for Market Place ID and password.

For jobs, you will have to constantly follow up with job portals, consultants and probably your training institute (if you are trained from them).

Hello Rajkumar N,

                                First of all congrats for certification, Do the following things for job interview.

1.  Be clear with basic concept of abap

2. create account on naukari,monster,shine,jobs portal,times job.search on them.

3.create LinkedIn account and search on them and creates more contacts so that you know where is opening in abap.

4. always in touch practicals of abap .

5.Try to find good reference in company so that you get job easily.

Dear All,

I am planning for certification in abap module probably in January,2013.But I will be having around 1.6yrs gap since resigning from company.Also,I did have very poor marks only in class XII standard which was below 50%.
So,may I be taken as a fresher as a abap certified consultant in any organization?

I.E.:I did my B.Tech in 2007 then got job in IBM and worked for 3yrs.

Thanks for sharing info...i also have lots of frnd in Tata Consultancies Services and tried hard to get call but there is no openigns for SAP ABAP Certified freshers. I haven't tried in Tata Technologies..as per Priyaranjan's comment i uploaded resume on Tata technologies side.

Please do let me know if you have any suitable opening for SAP ABAP certified fresher. And for certification related i did online certification passing for online is 54% and for trainer base(full time) passing is 65%. Certification consist of 80 qustions with 3hrs time. No negative marking but there is weightage for every question and type of questions are sigle choice and multiple choice answers.

Companies hire uncertified candidates very rarely . there is a very bleak chance that you will get a job only on knowledge of ABAP;so i suggest u to get certified .

I have checked in Training History but it is showing that

"You currently have no training history"

i have finished my Certification exam on 21st Aug 2012. i didn't receive my Certificate till now.

Do i need to wait for my Certification for Verification.?

Congratulations on your certification.

You will not find your details in this site, unless you are registered through that site.

Please wait for few more weeks, you should receive your certificate in time. That is proof that you are being certified. This will be recorded in SAP's database. In case, if at all any company / prospective employer would like to check, then can contact SAP.
