QM & Handling Unit error

Dear All,

When i activated handling in QM view in material Master, i found this error.

You cannot have a single-unit inspection and HU inspection lots.

what i need to do to remove this error?

Hello Santosh,

The error is because of contradict check maintained for single unit HU.

Please dont check single unit inspection as HU will combine single units into a lot (called HU) and carry on with the Inspection Process.

Both these options are contradicting ...

Hi Patil,

Please remove the serial number poss.tick  in QM view  of material master. You will not get that error.

Hi Pragalathan,

I removed the that tick & excuted

But at the time of HU Pack Tr Code- COWPAK

System is not allowing me to save

Error i am facing is

Q-obligatory batch material is only packed with batch data.

Thanks its working but one more issue.

can i split the batch in cowpack Transcation.

Because i want to do the inspection at different batch level for same production Order.
