Unable to download Visual Intelligence from SMP

Hi

I am unable to download the visi tool from SMP. I want to install it on my desktop.

Does anyone has this already downloaded?

Hi Venkat,

The latest version 1.0.2 is available for download on SMP.

Where is your issue do you see the software in SMP? Do have troubles during the download?

Path is https://service.sap.com/swdc -> Installation -> A-Z -> Visual Intelligence -> Installation

Hi Frank,

Thanks for your reply.

I have added the same to download basket. From here(Download basket) I don't find find any option to download.

When I click on software name in download basket, system is asking for SMP password. Then I am getting 'The webpge is declined to display' error.

Please help me on this, I am new to download software from SMP.

Hi Venkat,

To download software from SMP you would need the SAP download manager and your SMP account credentials (most probable an S-user).

The download manager will then download files you have placed into the basket.

You should also check you have the access right to download software from the SMP using your S-user (not necessarily given by default to all users). This access right is granted by the super admin in your company. To check who your super admin is click on "my profile" in the SMP and then click "Display my Super and User Administrators"
