Rounding of the date of expiry

Dear All,

I am using QM module and maintaining the shelf life of the Products.

When I want to set my date

Min. Rem. Shelf Life 1                  Total shelf life     365

Period Ind. for SLED D                 Rounding rule SLED

What happens say

Production date is 11/08/2010

the expiry date reported in BAtch master is 10/08/2011 - Which is correct

But if I maintain create the batch in 2011

Say Production date is 11/08/2011

the expiry date reported in BAtch master is now 09/08/2012.

This becaus in this leap year the number of days in February are 29, and in a year is 366.

There for in every leap year i need to change the  Total shelf life     366

How can I get the date to 10/08/2012?

Ids there any user exit or Profile which can correct the dates autometically.

Hello,

Use the shelf-life date as 2 and unit as years instead of trying to do the calculation of dates.
