Sales Order Status Management Workflow

Hi Experts,

     I need your advice on the Sales Order Status Management approval workflow. Our scenario is: We will have a status called "Pending Approval" in the sales order, when that was set, it should trigger an email to a particular user with a link for approval. Once the receiver clicks the link, it should update another status called "Approved" in the sales order.

    What is the best way to deal this scenario. Is there any existing workflow which works through the status management? I heard that there are some Mobile App tools available. But not sure which one fits for us. Did anyone used Mobile Apps?

Hi Mohanaselvan,

Have you checked in status profile which is assign to Sales Document

SPRO -> IMG -> Sales & Distribution -> Sales -> Sales Documents -> Define and Assign Status Profile
