Issue in Shopping Cart Notes & Attachment

Dear Experts,

We are currently in SRM 7.01.

Having issue in Shopping cart - Notes and Attachment Tab.

In Customizing SPRO - Cross-Application Basic Settings ->Text Schema -> Define Text Schema,

we have assigned Vendor Text and Internal Note. In Shopping cart we have these two items.

But for one user we are getting other 2 customized fields.

Questions : How these 2 customized fields add to the Notes and Attachment tab, though we have not maintained in Text Schema ?

Please help to give some solution asap.

Mentioned two fields have you configured in the sytem for any other purpos? if configured where actuallly have added those two custom fields to shopping cart ?
