System Reserving the stock

Dear Experts,

I have created Sales order(1) with material 10000001 with Qty as 100.

next sale order(2) i have created with Qty as 10.

stock available in mmbe  is 10

when i try to dispatch SO-2 system allows 9 qty instead of 1, system is reserving the stock.

Both sale orders are open.

availability check for this material is "02"  i dont want this reservations...

You need to check transaction CO09 to see the available quantity. This is explained in SAP note 89362.

For Sales Orders, use checking rule A.

For Deliveries, use checking rule B.

Co09 should reveal the available quantity and show where the available quantities have been assigned via the availability check. If you are unable to interpret CO09, please pst a screenshot of the transaction here.

How ??  System will try to process only for 10 based on your checking rule settings in OVZ9 where if the box "Include Sales reqmts" is NOT checked.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

in quality client, system is not doing any reservations, but in Production system isdoing reservations against SO.
