SUS and SRM connection

Hello all

Can any one help me how to connect SRM and SUS using PI.

Ie. po created in SRM has to be sent to SUS using XI and order response from SUS to SRM via XI etc...

how to set up this connection, is it via ale idocs, could you please elaborate more on this detail.

Hello Santosh,

PO from SRM is sent to SUS system via XML. So XI setup is required.

Please take help of your XI consultant and setup Integration scenario for SRM-SUS using SAP deliverd IC content for Service Procurement_Supplier Enablement scenario.

Once you have done this, change your business partner data for vendor and setup the default output medium as XI/XML.

Now when you create a PO in SRM, it will be sent to SUS via XML.

Why XI is required, SUS is a different client in a same system. Directly can we send via IDocs right?

Could you please get me the complete step by step configuration for the same to set up the complete cycle from PO to Invoice.

Hi,

You can find step by step documentation to set up SUS in: SAP Service Market Place-> Installation & Configuration guides->SAP SRM 7.0-> Plan Driven Procurement.

XI is mandatory in any SUS scenario as now scenarios are based on ESOA.
