Reversal of delivery

Hi.

stock psted on 31.07.2012, I have created Delivery on 10.08.2012 by putting actual GI date as 10.08.2012(by mistake it was suppose to be 01.08.2012),

whrn i reverse it system will take date as 10.08.2012, but will system allow me to post again same delivery ason 01.08.2012?

Hi Amol,

Assuming that you have already done the PGI for the delivery you will have to reverse the PGI using T Code VL09. When you reverse the PGI the PGI material document gets reversed and then you can unpick the goods in the Delivery and cancel the delivery and create a new Delivery, pick the goods and do the PGI.

While doing the new delivery you can enter with the correct date.

hi

u first cancel the delivery t.c vl09 and again  create   a delivery specifying the wat ever date u want. in t.c vl01n.............

Resolved the issue.

I reversed the delivery then i changed the date as 01.08.2012 then system was showing error as  Serial number alrady moved out on 10.08.2012 since the material was serialised.

then i changed the last goods moving date as 01.08.2012 in "IQ02" then i dispatched.

Hi

   Yes you can do that, first reverse that delivery in Tcode VL09 by mentioning the define date. After that same delivery can again used for PGI then you mention there Actual GI date as 01.08.2012

where should i mention define date?in VL09? system isnot accepting goods movement date

After executing the VL09 inside the screen look into right corner, there you can see the define date place
