Dear gurus,
I've never been able to start the ITSM BW Report link in Incident Management.
Even though in SICF the corresponding service has been activated, the page always showing:
Service cannot be reachedWhat has happened?URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available. |
Note The termination occurred in system with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden. |
What can I do?Please select a valid URL.HTTP 403 - Forbidden Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team |
The calling url is like this:
Don't tell me to change the FQDN. not so obvious, pls.

Hi Lori,
have you checked the http server logs in SICM? There you should be able to identify which URL is causing the error. After activating the respective service, the error should be gone.
