Checklist assignment block missing in 7.1

Dear,

Despite having activated business function for Web interface, we're having missing "checklist" assignment block in CRM_UI Service Request, in displayed and available personalization.

How do you show one?

hi,

could you share the screen of available assignment blocks under Personalize option?

I assume, you need to setup some steps for this, better post in CRM forum
