How to do UD collectively

Dear Sir,     

          We have a scenario in which against one return sales order we create many inspection lot, so i want to do collectively UD for all inspection lot, so is this possible.If not pls tell the alternate way how to do UD at a time for more than one inspection lot.

There is a transaction QA16 to make collective usage decision for OK lots.  Not sure if it helps here.

best way is to use LSMW or BDC to take UD in QA32.
