Inventory correction

HI Gurus,

We received 250 pcs Part-A from IBD(Hu's packed) and GR also posted .During the production it turned out that physically we have 1 piece Part-B from this batch. We would like to correct this inventory in SAP.

Please advice how to decrease with 1 piece of Part-A and increase the Part-B stock with 1 piece.

What is your current stock in MMBE.If part -A is there 1 then you can do Batch transafer 309 through VLMOVE to correct the stock from Part1-to Parrt-B.

we have recived the Part-A with multiple order.the stock is around 20k.but we need to tranfer 1 qty of Part-A stock to Part-B.can we tranfer with the HU's?

Yes ,You can use VLmove transaction and mvt 309.In vlmove in sted of selecting HU tab you need to select material tab then give from material with batch and give to material (It is same ) and give Par-B batch .System will crete delivery where you can assign the HU in delivery then post the delivery .It will get updated withe stock with Part-B batch.
