SYNTAX ERROR:CL HTTP SERVER=CP

Dear all,

While updation of Support Packages we are getting continues dump as described below.

   Syntax error in program "CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP ".

What happened?

   Error in the ABAP Application Program

   The current ABAP program "SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME" had to be terminated because it has

   come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

   The following syntax error occurred in program

    "CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP " in include

    "CL_HTTP_SERVER================CM00Y " in

   line 8:

   "The field "VIRTUAL_HOST" is unknown, but there is a field with the sim"

   "ilar name "C_VIRTUAL_HOST"."

   The include has been created and last changed by:

   Created by: "SAP "

   Last changed by: "SAPADMIN "

   Error in the ABAP Application Program

   The current ABAP program "SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME" had to be terminated because it has

   come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

What can you do?

    Please eliminate the error by performing a syntax check

    (or an extended program check) on the program "CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP

     ".

    You can also perform the syntax check from the ABAP Editor.

    If the problem persists, proceed as follows:

    Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

    To process the problem further, contact you SAP system

    administrator.

    Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look

    at and manage termination messages, and you can also

    keep them for a long time.

SAP Note 1596336 is valid for 702 as well. Follow my recommendations.

i have little bit doubt.pls clear it.As that correction has been corrected in theSP 09 but now i want to apply SP of 08 weather i want to apply the above said note now itself.

Hello Thamu,

Attach the source code of ICM_CACHE_UPLOAD function module in text format. SM37 -> ICM_CACHE_UPLOAD -> save as local file (see the attachment).

Btw. what is the imlementation status of note in SNOTE? Is it completely implemented? Attach a screenshot about it.

i implemented the note but in snote still it s in processing state it asked for maual changes still v didnt made changes.

You need to

1. Reset SAP Note Implementation of SAP note 1596336.

2. Check the syntax of

    - CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP program in SE38,

    - ICM_CACHE_UPLOAD function module in SE37.

3. If the above are error-free, activate them again in SE38/SE37.

4. Implement SAP note 1596336 via SNOTE.

Can i activate it manually as it is asking access key can i register from service market place and one doubt changing standard program affects anything .

I done 1st two steps while reset of SAP note it s sying tat no corrections has implemented in

SAP note 1596336.

No syntax errors found in both tcodes se37 and se38.

Pls suggest me wat to do next.

1. Implement first SAP note 1591020,

2. and only afterwards SAP note 1596336.

Comparing the note modifications in SPAU may necessary, refer to this and this document on SAP Help Portal.

As I implemented SAP note 1591020 it has implemented successfully after tat i implemented

SAP note 1596336 

while implementing it is throwing dump.

In this case comparing the note modifications in SPAU is do necessary, refer to this and this document on SAP Help Portal.
