STMS - Import History - NO_LOG

Hey All,

I am facing the following error when I try to do Import History in STMS:

Command Start TMS_TS_GET_TRLIST

Service Tracking Service

Start Online

Function TMS_TS_GET_TRLIST

Message NO_LOG

Found a SAP Note : 375230, but in our case logs are being written to ALOG at OS level and the date field also seems to be fine. No NFS issues as well.

We are facing this on SRM Prd system. QA & Dev are fine. TP Param for both QA n Prd are same. We DO NOT have common usr/sap/trans.

Users SIDADM and SAPServiceSID hav 'full control' for SAPLOC...

OS - Windows 2003.

Any ideas ...

Hi John,

This helped.

The TPALOGHDR table shows start date as 08-26-2006 and end date as 01-19-2007. So if I check the import history giving these dates, it works... Since nothing was applied after 19th Jan there is no entry in the import history..

But my question now is that... why does it throw an error if i select a date beyond 19th jan.. shudnt it just giv a blank screen ? it does tht for other servers.. thn y does is gv an error message for this ?

Hello Kunal,

Check in the ULOG file if the systems in your transport landscape have different timestamp as that can cause the problem.

Examine the entries of tables
