How to do UD collectively

Dear Sir,

     We have a scenario in which against one return sales order we create many inspection lot, so i want to do collectively UD for all inspection lot, so is this possible.If not pls tell the alternate way how to do UD at a time for more than one inspection lot.

Dear Asif,

You may use T-Code QA16.

Where you get list of the notifiction together.

You may select the range and execute in Back Ground or Forground.

It would work.

I am doubtful whether QA16 will work for the lots which do not contain any inspection characteristics.

It works when all your inspection characteristics are either completed up to status 5 or skipped. But still try and let us also know your findings..

If QA16 doesn't work then there is no other option but to select all lots in QA32 and click on UD, thus giving UD one by one.

In order to avoid manual working u can make an upload by using LSMW which will be usable in future

Hi Anand Rao,

     QA16 work fro direct UD ,without result recording, Only you have to maintain in  inspection set-up in QM view.
