Difference between Backorder processing and Re_scheduling

Hi Guru`s,

First of all don't be angry after seeing the header, where i am still confusing after go through many discussion, unfortunately  there was no clear clarification on the exact difference between among those two .

Please clarify me what is exactly difference between Backorder process and Re_schedule. and in the back order process we are using Four Tcodes ( CO06.CO09,V_RA, V.14), can any one plz clarify the uses with the tcodes.

i am bit confusing about this , please help me to understand the concept better.
