Text at the bottom on the Sales Order Initial Screen

Hi,

How to display the text (Item or Customer Texts) at the bottom of the page of the sales order creation screen.  I remember previously I had seen or worked, but I forgot the process to add the same.

Can any one help out how the text can be displayed at the bottom of the Sales order initial screen?

Hi  Ramanjaneya,

Go to T code VOTXN under   Text procedure assignment  check mark the text in overview screen of the sales order.

I could not see the Check mark in text procedure. Only I could see the below for selection

Text is Obligatory

Text is not Obligatory

Text will be displayed during Copying

Text is obligatory and is displayed during Copying

Hi ramanjaneya,

You are searching in "Text id`s in test text procedure" folder , but as Mr Ramesh already mentioned the correct path .

• Go to Tcode VOTXN
• select Header radio button in sales document and click on change
• go to " text procedure assignment" folder and activate "Text in overview screen ".

It looks in 4.7 and below versions, Text in overview check box is not available in the mentioned path. Am I missing something?

Hi,

    Your check that in wrong place look into my screen shot where i correctly located which place you need to put tick mark. Hope this will help you to understand better
