Adding Link_URL to mail Message template

Hi,

I have customized the existing mail template in SAP Esourcing. I have added link url to the mail message template but the value is not picking up as expected. Below is the code. Appreciate if anyone can help me out. Thanks in Advance

"For further information about this Project, please click on the link: RES_ID(doc$messaging.message_link.url)"

Localized resource used

doc$messaging.message_link.url

Value :      %LINK_URL%

The link_url value is taken from the Workbench setup under Company.

Hi Vimal,

Did you check if the token you are using in the mail template is a valid token? You can check the list of supported tokens from the Reference Guide > Mail Template Reference.

Hi Vikram,

I checked it. the token is not available in mail template reference. you mean to say that only supported tokens from the ref. guide can be configured in mail message template.
