UDOs Mail Configuration

Dear All,

I've a requirement to set up mail configuration for User defined business documents; example Post Auction Event Survey Form. The UD Survey form has a tab to add list of suppliers and another tab for list of survey questions. Now the requirement is to send automatic emails to list of suppliers as soon as form is released / saved. I could not find any Mail type for UDOs. Is there any other Mail type available to send emails in system?

Hi Shyam,

If I understand your requirement correctly you would like to send email alerts based on a phase change on the UDO to "released". There is no standard email notifications for this. You would have to develop something custom.
