SAP NW 7.3 CRM Upgrade for JAVA and ABAP from EHP1 FOR SAP CRM 7.0 SP9

Hi ,

We are currently at SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0.

Current version for CRM ABAP = EHP1 FOR SAP CRM 7.0 SP9 and for CRM JAVA = SAP NW 7.0 SP2 Level 9

In Solman we have classified the ABAP and JAVA under following components in SMSY.

EHP 1 for SAP CRM7.0

SAP CRM 7.0 / NW7.01

SAP EHP2 for SAP NW7.0

We are trying to upgrade toCRM Application Server ABAP = 7.31 and  CRM Application Server JAVA = 7.31.  I am not able to find the upgrade option while trying to create an .xml file using DSWP.

Do I need to upgrade my Solution Manager from 7.0 to 7.1 ?

Is there a way that I can correct the issue and generate .xml using my current solution manager version ?

Please advice ...

In the above first image is how my current system is classified when I try to extract xml file I don't see an Upgrade Option .

If the system is classified under SAP EHP1 and NW 7.0 then I get the Upgrade Option as shown in Second Image

Please suggest how to correct this error.

Hi,

What is the SAP BASIS release for CRM system. Also BBPCRM

Also add CRM to an SLD and then update SMSY with landscape fetch job to get correct CRM picture

Our  SOLMAN 7.0 needs to be SPS27

SP level of component ST-ICO 150_700 is  0029 SAPK-1507TINSTPL ..

Hi,

Your SOLMAN 7.0 needs to be SPS23 or higher.Check the current level.  Also what is SP level of component ST-ICO 150_700

You need to upgrade to SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2 for the ABAP stack and SAP NW 7.31 for the ABAP stack.

Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 should be good enough to generate the XML file , but also plan to upgrade to 7.1 sooner.
