Unable to read payload from the message object

hI,

in production system

My scrnario is WS(soap) ...> PI...> PROXY

i am getting below error. Unable to read payload form the message object.

this is request

and another thing also .... every morning 7 o clock the batches will run. at that time PI will not able to receive the messages. privious day it was fine, form yestarday to it is show this error.

PI not receiving the messages. where should i need to check.

Hi Kesava,

Did you try searching SDN for similar problem (which has been discussed many times so far) and apply the solutions mentioned? For instance, your problem can be a firewall issue (), or communication channel settings issue ("Do not use SOAP Envelope" set unnecessarily, ). Please use search function and let us know which solutions you already tried.
