why is it that there's no Email trigered when buyer returns RFx bid

Hello SRM7 experts,

Would you know where to set the recipients of the email triggered when buyer returns RFx bid, and what are the other required settings?

we're done setting the event schema "return" with value "0" in deadline monitoring but still no email triggered when I do testing.

i'm thinking it might have problem in define recipient part.

appreciate your help.
