Set Processor Permission In Solution Manager.

Hi All,

Can we set permission for our processor in SAP Solution Manager? In example, I have 3 processor in my environment, but only one processor can send the ticket manually to SAP. The other just only can interact with author of the ticket. If there any documentation or link regarding this?

Hi

The processor can forward messages to SAP only if you have maintained their S user in AISUSER tcode

and they have below authorization in SMP.

Activity Authorization

Create Customer Messages ANLEG

Send Customer Messages to SAP GOSAP

Confirm Messages QUITT

Open Service Connections SVER

Maintain System Data INSTPROD

Check the application and incident management guide on SMP
