Hi,
When i am creating a production order for KMAT material the system is not allowing to create a production order. It is showing Settlement is not possible for the order. Kindly provide me input on how to proceed.

please specify what item catagoty is being assign to material in material mster sales view?
what strategy group is being assigned to material master MRP 3 view.
You have faced any error while creating sales order?
check above and reply with findings.

The Item category used is 0002 - Configuration, Stratergy Group - 25, No errors where found in Sales Order. Exact error i am getting is

please check
1) Check in plant and order type assignment in transaction OPL8. check Whether correct order type is assigned to respective plant.
2) Allocation structure assigned in the settlement rule, is there an assignment for receiver category "SDI" (Sales Order Item) maintained?
