Error when submitting AC Request

Hi Experts,

We have an IdM System (7.1) connected to GRC (5.3). UI's to request SAP Access rights exist on IdM, approval workflow works ok, roles (SAP roles, no Business roles) are selected in IdM ok, however we get an error when the system tries to hand over the request to GRC (at least that is what we think).

The error we get is:

Abandon task - could not extract role data for:5122 (the number is an internal counter for a role and changes for all the roles).

Anyone any idea how to fix this?

Hi Stephan,

Are you encountering the error in the "Submit AC Request" task in IDM, or in GRC CUP?

I have never encountered the same error, but purely based on the error description, it sounds like it might not be able to extract role data (or risk information for the role) from GRC RAR; please check and see if role data has been loaded into RAR for the roles you are testing with and that the same roles are correctly configured in CUP.
