Hello!
We are using IT Performance Reporting for several systems with Solution Manager 7.1 SP5.
We are getting each day the following errors within Extractor Framework:
PPMS Modelling is not valid. Check PPMS Keys
As workaround we delete these erroneous EFWK extractors, but the errors coming up next day again.
Any ideas how to solve this problem for a long time/permanent?
Hi Alex,
The reply may be a bit too late, but the following might work (if you still struggling)
LVSM (landscape verification) - make sure the entry in LVSM is either green or yellow - which means that the Product Instance assignment is correct for that system.
Then, goto EFWK and release the extractor and maybe deactivate and re-activate.
