SAP PS project creation through BAPI or Function Module using Template

I am trying to create Project using through standard BAPI's / Function Module using Template's. Project couldn't creating. Could you please help on this?

Hello Srikanth,

We have checked this bapi but our requirement is to copy the template of the ps project and create the Project through bapi.we are unable to do with CJWB_PROJECT_COPY.

I had used RPM_COPY_PROJECT_TEMPLATE and BAPI_TRANSATION_COMMIT in sequence. I got message like 'Successful simulation of PS Project create'.
